Episode 21


Another funny episode Hanai finds out about Harima’s baldness and is shocked (he’s assuming) that Tenma’s sister is taken by him. *sweatdrop* How did Harry become Halima? *rofl* So funny; random characters pop out of this show! XD

Midori is my favorite in this episode. He gets himself striked with a fork, pisses off the wrestling-addict foreign girl by squising a banana in front of her, but manages to hold her breast to find out her cup size. ^_^;


Episode 22


The most hilarious episode ever! XD The sports festival is more like a duel between 4C and 4D. The other classes surely didn’t put up a fight. The 4D class is full of weirdos including the 3 fatsos (one gained 30kg only for the horseback riding event) and the giant Tennouji. The 4-legged race is funny. Hahah~ Tenma’s so cute. Hanai and Harima were dragging her. XDDD


Episode 23


The end of the sports festival. 4C wins with a one-point lead.

Episode 24


Rumors suddenly spread that Sawachika and Harima like each other. Harima starts going crazy as he thinks Tenma’s sad over this. Well, that’s just what he thinks. In the end, everyone suddenly thought it was Tenma’s sister who’s going out with Harima. The matter wasn’t disclosed properly because Tenma’s sister (I forgot her name!) couldn’t tell the truth that she’s just helping him with his manga.


Episode 25


Harima was supposed to leave Japan, but he was stopped by the ship’s captain. He’s fortunate he was told to go back. Tenma asks him out to help her buy a gift for Karasuma. He tried to fool her by making her buy a lousy gift. Then he felt guilty and bad because she bought him a shirt as thanks. This is a really cute episode. Harima was very happy. Though the matter between him and Tenma’s sister is still unclear to Tenma.

The ending’s okay. I want a more proper ending though. Check out the rest of the screenshots I took from this episode. I captured the one with Karasuma smiling. He’s cute! Tenma’s got taste. XDDD

The sports festival is near! The four girls have started making pompoms. Eri and Akira though were playing around — cut off a pompom as if it’s Akira new hairdo and while Eri was proudly posing for giving a wonderful “pompom-cut,” she accidentally cuts Harima’s beard. A good chunk of it. She tries to apologize, Harima takes advantage, but Eri still tries to apologize seriously. When Harima decides to grow his beard again he finds out Tenma prefers guys without beards. He quickly shaves his off. Wonder what Eri’s reaction is? XD

The second story is about Harima’s manga again. He was asked to have a friend check his current work, so it could be edited and proofed. By accident, Yakumo becomes his “friend editor.” In the third story, Hanai saw Yakumo and Harima together as they were discussing Harima’s manga. Hanai doesn’t know the latter, of course.

Itoko and Kyouko are bestfriends. Kyouko asks Itoko to be a nude model for her art display. Nishimoto Ganji is famous in class for important news such as Itoko’s nude modeling due to his networks. He has spread the word and even did a strategic meeting. He will once bring his 2-C classmates’ dreams and hopes come true. Nara makes a few seconds appearance as the Underling. In the second story, Yakumo was asked by Sarah to be the bride in the mock wedding. Hanai became the groom unexpectedly. When things were just about to start, Harima barges in and tries to fight for Yakumo. Actually, he doesn’t know that the Tsukamoto in the mock wedding was Yakumo and not Tenma. Can’t he spot the difference between the sisters? Which brings me to think he’s making the correct wish during the meteor shower. The meteor shower is the third part in this episode. It was very nice! Unfortunately, Hanai and Tenma missed it.

Uwaah~ There aren’t much to say about this episode except that we’ve seen a lot more about Imadori. He’s a true flirt, a pervert, and not totally manly. He’s still got a cute side to him though. He makes this Garfield-ish faces. It makes him look so cute! And he’s after Mikoto, the hard-to-get girl. XD He tries so bad to go out with her even though he makes the wrong moves. Kare-rin’s okay for him too. I think he’s better off with her. She will wrestle him if he two-times her or something.

I was thinking about the animals, how did Harima get them? How come they weren’t noticed earlier when he was still in his animal fortune telling job? At least his sister/cousin (I forgot) still cares about him. She took care of the animals while he was away and even after he ran away from home.

After that chaotic summer vacation, the guys and gals are back to school. Tenma is happy because she gets to see Karasuma again. Instead of realizing how much her relationship with Karasuma hasn’t stepped forward, she must think of getting herself more mature-like. She usually doesn’t act her age.

I must not do “compiled” episode ramblings. :P


Episode 12

The episode starts with a short 3-part stand about Tenma and Yakumo. There’s even an explanation about Tenma’s hairstyle. It reminds me of Parfait Tic where the protagonist had almost stopped styling her hair because of the love troubles she’s been having. *sweatdrop* With Tenma, her tied hair faces down when she’s sad or trouble and it’s tied real up when she’s happy.

In one scene, Nara looks like Tenma. Long-lost brother or cousin, maybe? haha~ Fun times in the beach. It’s summer now, just the right time to watch this episode… makes me envious! I also wanna go to the beach!




Episode 13

This is a really cute and funny episode! XD Mikoto and Imadori swam back to the beach! They have such nice friends, don’t they? Imadori seems an okay guy. I like his droopy eyes. His being flirty _is_ a turn off though.



Harima’s better off without the glasses. I bet Tenma will like him. It must be nice to be embraced by a nice-bodied man like him. XD Hanai and Suou’s 2nd grade story is so touching. Suou forgetting it is a proof that Tenma and her would truly make good friends.
(There were sunflowers! Reminds me of Samurai Champloo.)

Tenma is so cute in her pink swimsuit. I think the only guy in the anime who sees her cuteness is Harima. Nara’s… Well… Getting there.

*rofl* Anyways, he should have been forward about wanting to join the others to the beach. Tsukamoto had misunderstood him.

Episode 9

*pulls hair* What the hell’s up with Harima!? He’s gotten depressed because of Karasuma and Tenma eating lunch together??? Oh dear… It didn’t occur to me that he’s the type to easily give up.




Episode 10

Harima needs an anti-depressant. He should be lucky that Tenma’s got friends who aren’t meanies. They’re actually telling him to go back to school! Anyways, I got so happy that Tenma finally got the chance to have a “curry” date with Karasuma! The “curry or me” thing was kind of a shocker.

Sawachika buys ingredients of nukijaga to prepare dinner for her dad. Due to her father’s work, the dinner gets cancelled. It seems Harima’s trying to get the good side of Tenma’s friends. He accompanies Sawachika with an umbrella when he sees her troubled.

Tenma decides to give Karasuma a curry lunch box. She made her sister cook it though. On lunch break, she managed to give him the boxed lunch, but accidentally brought two boxes of rices. Karasuma “saves the day” by making onigiri out of the rice. Harima witnesses the “special lunch” the two are having and suddenly skips school. Well, he even made friends with Karasuma. So he starts to think of not trusting anybody anymore. He stays home, watches several shows that made him realize what he saw was only an illusion and Tenma and Karasuma are siblings.

Hanai found out that Yakumo’s class is assigned to clean the pool, but he didn’t want Yakumo (he forgot that she’s not alone in it) to do such task. So he forced his homeroom teacher to assign pool cleaning to them. Tenma’s friends teased him about his hopeless crush on “Tsukamoto” Yakumo. Harima assumes this “Tsukamoto” is his crush and decides to _take care_ of Hanai. Thus starts the pool war.

I’m starting to think that Karasuma’s in the wrong series. T_T

I would have blogged earlier if it weren’t for the strong storm that’s causing electrical problems. I’m doing a quick post now. I don’t want to get caught of a black-out in the middle of posting.



Itoko, Harima’s cousin, interrogates him about his crush on Tenma. He narrates his cute love story on how he met and fell in love with Tenma without knowing she was sitting behind him. Tenma was eaves-dropping to his story and said how bad the girl was. The second short story is about Hanai’s _obsession_ with Tenma’s sister whose name I’m forgetting at the moment. He begs the head of the tea club to let him in because Tenma’s sister is invited to join. The head of the club is, surprisingly, Itoko and leaves the president to deal with it. At first, the president decides no, but then gives him a “tea test.” In the third story, Tenma’s class is to play baseball. The 4 girls are in one team. A blonde guy butts in to show-off for his fans, but gets knocked-out by Harima. The latter gets knocked out when Tenma pitches the ball. She got inspired by her weirdo crushie, Karasuma.

Is the name of Tenma’s sister Yakumo? I really forgot. Harima’s present appearance made it seem that his meeting with Tenma took place 20 years ago. He looked so thin and he had fair skin. He shouldn’t have sported those glasses and mustache.

It _is_ a miracle to survive after getting hit by a truck. Harima’s imagination is too wild. His situation is very common anyway. One would really think a person likes them if they have their eyes set passionately on them. BUT!… In his case, he’s always near Karasuma! XD Of course Tenma’s going to look _his_ way. *sweatdrop* Harima’s getting worked up for nothing. Well, at least, he got a visit from Tenma. He got to spend some time with her. She does look cute in her plain clothes. In the first story, Tenma should have used the chance to talk to Karasuma in the gym’s storage room. She already got lucky getting locked up in there… WITH HIM! I wouldn’t have thought of that. XD I got preoccupied with Tenma’s “survival stupidity.”

The first story is about the class’ field trip. Tenma and Harima try their best to get to talk with their crushes, but both are out of luck. Harima’s the unluckiest. Because of his stupidity, he accidentally rode on the bus of senior citizens. He managed to escape after several tries. Then he ended up in vast deserted place. Poor guy.

Tenma’s effort of asking Karasuma to share an umbrella with her sure took a lot of courage. It’s a pity he turned her down… With his knee-slapping KAPPA GET-UP! XD Goodness, he’s so weird! They would make a hilarious couple if they hit it off.

Episodes 1 and 3 doesn’t compare with the stupidity in episode 2.

Harima was trying to get Tenma’s attention because she forgot to put her name on her paper. He couldn’t tell her directly because… Well, we all know why, don’t we? He almost did something _not_ idiotic. Haha~ He should have just thrown the eraser on her table rather than act like it accidentally fell on the floor. Tenma is a young girl in love. She wants Karasuma to have a perfect image of her. This will really lead to nowhere.



Ah, the woes of Tenma’s love confession. She just thinks of weird ideas and out of them all, she had to choose the old-fashioned way. Karasuma did a good job of evading the arrows. He was purposely evading them! *rofl*

I should have taken the chance of downloading the manga before. When I saw this episode, it reminded me of Azumanga Daioh. Most especially Tsukamoto Tenma. Her sd forms are cute and funny. XD Unlike other shoujo protagonists, she may be a clutz, but she seems likable. Harima Kenji will remind you of Kuwabara. Stupid, strong, and always try to act cool with his tough get-up which makes people afraid of him. There’s a possible love-triangle here. Tenma ♥ Karasuma (did I get his name right?) while Harima ♥ Tenma. Lucky for Harima, some big guy got dumped in his place. XD But he didn’t think Tenma’s rejection was for him. Heh~ This is the first time I’ve seen a love letter gag — a love letter so long that it became a SCROLL. Tenma writes something as long as that, but forgets to put her name. (Check screenshots.) No wonder Karasuma read the letter for about 3 times. >_> You must check out the brief appearance of an Initial D segment! That got me by surprise.
I watched this a few days ago. I couldn’t post til I get, at least, 50% of the blog (MT) settings right. *♥ MT 3.12*
