Saikano: Another Love Song

I watched Saikano TV series thinking it was going to be some hardcore drama. But war stuff doesn’t get me sad or teary-eyed even a bit. The ending only had me a bit sad. I’m a sappy romantic. Haha~ The only thing that had me thinking was, “What happened to Shuji?” He was the only one left alive. o_o Even Chise who transformed into big fighting-plane like thing was only a spirit. (Correct me if I’m wrong.) I didn’t expect that it would be answered in this oav (well, it didn’t answer my question anyway), but it covers up some things about Chise’s becoming an ultimate-fighting weapon. She’s powerful yet she cannot control herself. Whatever that was planted in her seems to have a mind of its own that it attacks just about whoever attacks her… Even though she’s allies around her. -_- The first episode wasn’t that sad, but the second episode made me teary-eyed. She was afraid of what could happen to her. She didn’t want to fight anymore becuase she doesn’t have control of herself when she fights. She doesn’t want to kill more than she already has. And she just wanted to live normally with her boyfriend.
